The files and information contained in the client only area is only available to clients of STEAM Consulting Pty Ltd with a user account.

Clients can register for a user account using the 'Register' hyperlink on the Login Page

All content remains the intellectual property of STEAM Consulting Pty Ltd and permission to access and use the files or information is provided while you remain a client.

Use of STEAM Consulting Pty Ltd intellectual property without permission may result in legal action.

A user account can be created by using the 'Register' button on the bottom right-side of the login page.

NOTE:

User accounts are manually approved and there may be a 24-48 hour delay before approval is provided.

An email will be sent to your nominated email once your account has been reviewed to advise of the outcome.

There may be several reasons why.

  1. Details provided on your registration form were incorrect or invalid (most commonly the email address provided is incorrect) - NOTE: if this occurs an email requesting the omitted/incorrect information is sent to you
  2. The email may have gone to your SPAM folder.
  3. The firewall on your computer, or network has blocked the email.

General Client Content is available to all clients and provides access to STEAM Consulting Pty Ltd Newsletters and Online learning packages.

Restricted client content is limited to approved clients (usually DON's and Managers only), and provides access to STEAM Consulting Pty, Corporate, Professional documents and Policy Templates.

To protect the STEAM Consulting Pty Ltd.'s intellectual property user accounts that have been inactive for six months or longer are deleted or become inactive.

Inactive accounts are reviewed every month to maintain the integrity of the user database.

You do not have access to this page.

Either you do not have a user valid account, or authorisation to a restricted content page.

This message may appear if the page does not exist any longer or something has broken.

If accessing a page saved to your favourites this may occur when updates have occurred and the file path has changed.

The 404 page may also appear if your have tried to access content not included for your approved user status.

If you have a current user account, click on the login button in the main menu and use the details you provided to create the account.

STEAM Consulting does not have access to your password.

  1. If you cannot remember your password use the hyperlink to change your password located on the Login page
  2. STEAM Consulting is not responsible for resetting your password

It is recommended to login to the client content 'cleanly' without using links saved to your favourite [this is due to regularity of updates to pages in the website as we strive to maintain currency].

If a page does not load or you receive a forbidden message.

  1. Check your firewall and/or computer security settings
  2. Check with your IT department to ensure a block is not preventing your access.
  3. The shortcut you are using to access content is no longer valid.
  4. You do not have authority to access the page
  5. Contact steamadmin for assistance.

All user accounts are periodically reviewed, and deactivated if there has been no active logins for six months or more.

This is to maintain the integrity and currency of our user database.

An email will be sent to your nominated account after deactivation of your account.

You need to respond to this email within 2-3 weeks. If no response is received your account is deleted.

If your account is reactivated, please login to your account ASAP.

The security settings for the website pick up potentially suspicious activity and will label this activity as a 'BOT'.

  • If you are cut an pasting information into fields - type the information into the fields cleanly
  • If you are automatically populating the fields - type the information into the fields cleanly
  • If you are using a 'weak' password - use the information provided in the field to create a 'strong' password

Please ensure all fields are completed and a work email is used [some exceptions for approved clients]
